Coach says Tottenham have a youngster who reminds him of Zinedine Zidane
Tottenham Hotspur have made quite a name for themselves as a club that signs exciting young talents and turns them into first-team stars.
For instance, Spurs have already struck gold by signing Pape Matar Sarr and Destiny Udogie, both of whom have become key players for Ange Postecoglou.
This year, Tottenham have made four more exciting young signings, with three already at the club and one set to join next year.
Lucas Bergvall signed for Spurs in winter and arrived over the summer, while Archie Gray and Wilson Odobert were signed in the last window,
Tottenham also secured the signing of South Korean prodigy Yang Min-hyuk, though he will be seeing the year out on loan at Gangwon FC.
Needless to say, the future is bright at Spurs, and their up-and-coming talents are starting to get attention from the national media.

Archie Gray likened to Zinedine Zidane
have now published a feature article about one of the club’s young stars, who has been compared to Zinedine Zidane.
The media outlet has written an in-depth piece on the rise of Archie Gray, featuring quotes from his family and coaches.
Andy Wright, Gray’s former academy coach at Leeds, sung the 18-year-old’s praises in the article.
He said: “I remember games where I came away thinking, ‘God, he reminds me of Zidane’. He would do things that you don’t expect.”
The article also carried quotes from Simon Clifford, one of the first to introduce Brazilian football techniques in the UK.
Gray played at one of Clifford’s Futebol de Salao schools at a young age, and the latter said: “Archie was there two or three times a week, playing with that small, heavier ball in a very tight gym.
“A lot of the things I see him do, how he is able to evade trouble, I can go back to remember him in the hall. That’s been absolutely invaluable for him.”

Gray a star in the making
It’s not very often that a player comes along and, at just 18 years of age, has already clocked up over half a century of senior appearances for a second-tier club and has played in the Premier League.
Gray is certainly a special player and it’ll be exciting to see how he continues to develop at Tottenham. If all goes well, there’s no reason he can’t be a regular starter by next season.
Considering Gray is already in the first-team picture at Spurs, there’s a good chance he could feature in the North London derby. If he can cause havoc against Arsenal, a star will certainly be born.
