Club owners have now held private meeting with Tottenham loanee over poor performances

Tanguy Ndombele is once again out on loan from Tottenham, and yet again, the French midfielder is failing to impress his new club, this time at Galatasaray.

The Turkish giants went bold to sign the 26-year-old on loan for the season after an average yet successful year out with Napoli, where Ndombele won the Serie A title.

And with the midfielder unlikely to play for Tottenham ever again, it now looks like Galatasaray are thinking about cutting Ndombele’s loan spell in Turkey short heading into the January window.

, Galatasaray’s owners recently met with Ndombele to discuss the midfielder’s poor form, with the former Olympique Lyonnais superstar playing just eight games for the Turkish giants.

Indeed, a good argument can be made that Ndombele hasn’t found form since signing for Tottenham in 2019, with the 26-year-old yet to rekindle the magic that made the Frenchman so sought after four years ago.

And this latest update from Turkey indicates that Ndombele is still miles away from finding his feet again, with a potential recall now on the cards for the midfielder.

Ndombele’s career has transformed into one of the most promising as a star for Lyon into one embarrassment after another since joining Tottenham.

And Galatasaray cancelling their loan deal for the midfielder would be yet another episode in the sad state of affairs that has now become Ndombele’s career.

There’s clearly a talented player locked away somewhere deep inside Ndombele, yet with Tottenham, Napoli and now Galatasaray failing to get it out of the midfielder, hope is soon running out for everyone.

With time slowly running out for Ndombele at the highest level, whoever next signs the midfielder will have quite the job on their hands in trying to get the best out of the 26-year-old.
