Club confirms 48-year-old who’s reportedly been contacted by Arsenal is leaving this summer
Paulo Fonseca, a man☂ager wh💎o Arsenal have reportedly contacted, will leave Roma at the end of the season.
The Gunners currently have Mikel Arteta at the helm🌳 and, while there have been no reports suggesting his position is under threat, he has split opiniꦇon amongst the fanbase.
Last week, journalist Tancredi Palmieri claimed, in conversat🐼ion with , that “Fonseca will bi🐓d farewell at the end of the year and I know he’s been contacted by Arsenal”.

And on Tuesജday, the Serie A club confirming that the 48-year-old will leave the club at the end of the 🌌2020-21 campaign.
Fonseca signed a two-year contract with the Giallorossi in the summer of 201🎐9, joining from Shakhtar Donetsk where he won the league and cup double in all three seasons with them.
He previously enjoyed spells at Sporting Braga, Pa𒀰cos Ferreira and Porto.
Jose Mourinho, who was sacked by Arsenal’s rivals Tottenham in April, wilಌl take the Roma reins next season.

It would be surprising if Arteta w♑ere to be sacked in the summer, considering he was hired as part of a long-term project.
Admittedly, it’s been very up and down for Arsenal thisಞ season – there have been some great results (not to mention last summer’s cup victories) but also some really poor ones.
If Arsenal fi💜nish the season empty-handed and don’t qualify for Europe, questions could potentially be asked by the Gunners hierarchy.
