Chelsea have made the ‘best offer’ for ‘spectacular’ player and are edging closer to deal

However, it’s worth noting that, asꦯ per the report, they’ve not met the Brazilian club’s dema﷽nds just yet.
How much have Chelsea offered for Estevao Willian?
Chelsea have apparently offered €30million for the player, with bonuses taking the sum to somewher🔯e in the region of €60million.
However, Palmeiras apparently like easily achievable bonuses which make the 🙈deal reach €45million, before add-ons can 🌄then get it over the €60million mark.
The Brazilian club reportedly also want a clause which stops Chelsea fro🍰m selling Estevao before the𓆏 goals for the €45million amount are met.
A further update on claimed that Chelsea raise♒d their offer to an initial €35million with €25million in bonuses, and talks are said to b🍨e continuing.
Palmeiras do not consider the deal cl𓆉osed, and are waiting for bids from the likes of Arsenal, Manchester City, Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain, added the report.
