Chelsea could sign striker for a lot less than his £84m release clause before transfer deadline
TBR Football understand Chelsea are keeping a close eye on Samuel Omorodion Aghehowa – also known as Samu – ahead of the transfer deadline.

Amid doubts over the France international and the Portugal international, sources close to the situation have now informed TBR Football that Samu could be targeted by Chelsea.

The 20-year-old has already scored 18 goals in 25 appearances for Porto, while also providing two assists, with two of those strikes coming against Manchester Unitꦺed in the UEFA Europa League.
TBR Football understand Chelsea scouts were very excited about Samu’s potential last summer, and remain captivated by what the𝓰 Spanish wonderk𒁃id is doing at Porto.
Sources add that agreeing a deal with Porto before the Februar🐟y 3rd transfer deadline will be difficult, although the Primeira Liga outfit are not in the best financial position right now.
Therefore, it is understood Porto could be tempted into sellಞing Samu for a lot less than his €100m (£84m) release clause – either now or in the summer transfer window too.

Chelsea fans may be interested in the fact Samu has been compared to Diego Costa – who scored 59 goals in 120🎉 appearances for the Blues.
