Brennan Johnson admits he used to watch Son Heung-min before joining Tottenham
Son is one of the greatest players in꧟ Tottenham’s recent history and has delivered consistently for the club over the years.
Johnson says he used to watch videos of the Sout🐻h Korean, pinpointing his ability to strike the ball with both feet as a quality that stood out to him.
“Even before I came to Spurs, I used to always watch Sonny,”🧜 said Johnson.
“Not too many videos of hi🐼m specifically but whenever Tottenham played, I’d always watch him.
“Even now, I find it amaz😼ing how both-footed h൲e is. Watching it firsthand is amazing.
“I don’t know if he’s too aware, I haven’t told him anything in particular but he probably knows in the way I ask him questions and how I reach out to♓ him – he underജstands that I definitely respect him very highly as a player.”
