Bolasie reacts to Saka first-half display in Arsenal win at Wolves

👍Yannick Bolasie probably summed up how a lot of Arsenal fans likely felt about Bukayo Saka as he lauded the star on Twitter following his first-half display against Wolves on Thursday.

🌞Saka was outstanding as the Gunners picked up a huge win at Molineux. Mikel Arteta’s men went into the game still awaiting their first victory of 2022. And they had not scored in their last four in all competitions.

🌞That run came to an end thanks to Gabriel Magalhães. The centre-back tapped the ball home after Alexandre Lacazette clashed with Jose Sa.

🃏But it was Saka who seemed to impress many of the Arsenal fans on social media.

🐭The 20-year-old was lively throughout. And he produced one particular moment of brilliance when he danced down the right wing before getting a cross in that led to a shot.

🌠And amongst those to laud the Arsenal youngster on social media was Bolasie, with a superb tweet about the wide-man…

Arsenal will hope Wolves win is turning point in season as Saka shines again

𒁏Arsenal needed a turning point in their season. They had made a terrible start to the year. And Arteta was, once again, left with a real point to prove.

🐓However, no one in that race for the top four is on a good run right now. And with that, the door was left open for Arsenal to get back on track.

ꦬWolves have been a revelation this season. And a win for Bruno Lage’s side would have put them right at the heart of the battle for those Champions League qualification places.

👍But it was Saka and Arsenal who got the win. And it could be looked back upon as a really important moment in the Gunners’ campaign should they now kick on.
