Arsenal step up talks to sign £64m World Cup winning striker from PSG with Man United also keen

Both Arsenal and Manchester United may be tempted to dip their toes into the January transfer market in order to strengthen their respective projects.

On Mikel Arteta’s end, Arsenal are performing to an ex𒉰cellent level defensively, but many in north London still feel as if there’s something missing up top.

Ruben Amorim’s Man United project is at a very different stage, but one or two fresh faces in January may help to achieve the𝓡 club’s immediate objectives this season.

That being said, TBR Football understands that a number of Premier League clubs have now stepped up talks over the possibility of signing Paris Saint-Germain striker, Randal Kolo Muani.

Arsenal and Man United both interested in Randal Kolo Muani loan deal

Kolo Muani was offered to English clubs by intermediaries in October and interest has firmed up in the last fewꦦ days.

The PSG striker had held out hope ofౠ playing his way back into Luis Enrique’s plans, however, the return of Goncalo Ramos to full fitness has pushed Kolo Muani✱ further down the pecking order in France.

As a result, Arsenal, Man United and Manchester City have all expressed an interest in taking the French star in January, as all three look to enhance♒ their attackiꦯng options.

On their part, PSG are willing to sanction a loan move with an option to buy in the futu🧜re.

Fortunately for interested clubs from the Premier League, a move to E⛎ngland is believed to hugely appeal to Kolo Muani.

Man City also think Randal Kolo Muani could ease Pep Guardiola’s problems

Arsenal are looking for extra options in the final third right now and the idea of landing Kolo Muani on loan in January🀅 does appeal to the club.

Similarly, Man City feel as if the striker would enhance the options available t♛o Pep Guardiola right now.

United also feel as if they could strengthen Amorim’s options and theꦦ chance to loan Kolo Muani appeals to the club given the constraints they are experiencꦏing with PSR.

United have made most of their squad available in January, but moving players on i🌜s far from easy right now.

Sources at Old Trafford also insist that any i♍ntereܫst in Kolo Muani is unrelated to recent events with Marcus Rashford and Alejandro Garnacho.

Both were left out of the squad to face City on Sunday following issues with 𒁃how they have been training.
