Arsenal should use Aaron Ramsdale in swap deal to sign ‘lethal’ 22-goal striker from Ajax

Mikel Arteta sent a very clear message when he overlooked Aaron Ramsdale for both of Arsenal’s recent friendlies back on English soil at the Emirates.

David Raya played 180 minutes against Bayer Leverkusen and Lyon, with Ramsdale once again a frustrated spectator.

Ramsdale is destined to leave Arsenal, and with Karl Hein also securing a loan move t🐻o Real Valladolid, the Gunners may ♛even find themselves recruiting two goalkeepers.

In an ideal scenario it would seem that Arsenal g❀oalkeeping coach Inaki Cana would like to work with Raya as his number one, Espanyol’s Joan Garcia as his number two, and Wolves’ Daniel Bentley as third choice.

Perhaps Bentley could pitch himself ahead of Garcia in𒅌itially given his relative inex🐟perience, but either way, that seems to be the ideal trio.

That being said, Arsenal rej๊ected a loan bid from Ajax for Ramsdale on Tuesday morning, determined to find a permanent solution for the goalkeepe🐭r.

According to the report, Ajax remain optimistic o🎃f securing a d🐓eal for Ramsdale despite the rejection, begging the question – how could Arsenal agree a deal?

Arsenal should sign Ajax striker Brian Brobbey as part of Aaron Ramsdale deal

The Gunners are thought to value Ramsdale at around the 🌱£30m mark this summer, a similar price to what they paid t🌜o sign the goalkeeper.

In reality, Ajax are unlikely to pay such a fee, they’re a club better-known for the players the💧y export, rather than spend big money on.

And with Arsenal interested in Brian Brobbey this sꦿummer, who sc🥂ored 22 goals last term – could the two clubs find an exciting solution?

Arsenal also wanted Jorrel Hato from Ajax this summer, but the youngster d𓄧eclared that he was determined to win silverware with the Dutch side before he left.

But that may nไot be tꦕhe stance of his ‘lethal’ teammate, who could be ready to leave.

Brobbey wants to come to the Premier League, and is ready to leave Ajax to do so.

And if Arsenal can sell Eddie Nketiah, then the 22-year༺-old could be a very exc🗹iting project for Arteta, who could use Brobbey in tandem with Gabriel Jesus and Kai Havertz.

In that scenario, the Gunners may look a little top-heavy, but were Reiss Nelson also to leave Arsenal, then perhaps Jesus🅷 could be🅷 used out wide, keeping everyone happy.

Ajax may also ꦗrequire a cash supplement from Arsenal along with Ramsdale, but a deal could still presen🐟t excellent value for Edu and Arteta.
