Arsenal and Man United make enquiry to sign £67m striker in last minute deadline day deal
TBR Football exclusively understands that both Arsenal and Manchester United have asked about Dusan Vlahovic’s situation at Juventus over the weekend.
Juventus and Vlahovic have recently reached a stalemate in their talks of a new deal for the striker, which has alerted clubs in the Premier league.
Vlahovic is unwilling to accept a wage reduction which is being proposed by the Italian giants.
The Serbian striker became the highest paid player in the Serie A following Paul Pogba’s departure in 2026, and Juventus have been in talks with Vlahovic for more than 12-months over an extension.
However, talks have not progressed and Juventus have all but accepted that Vlahovic will not be signing a new deal, making a sale in 2025 more likely than not.
Dusan Vlahovic heading for Juventus exit after contract talks stall
That being said, Graeme Bailey – chief correspondent at TBR Football, understands that Arsenal, Man United and Aston Villa are amongst the sides to have asked about Vlahovic’s situation over the weekend.
Juventus have already prepared for Vlahovic’s impending exit with the signing of Randal Kolo Muani.

Arsenal actually rejected the chance to sign Kolo Muani, who is already emerging as Juventus’ first choice striker since arriving under Thiago Motta.
Despite his reduced minutes of late, Vlahovic has still managed to score 13 goals in 28 appearances this season, with a lot of those minutes now coming from the bench.
Vlahovic featured as a 65th minute substitute for Juventus in their 4-1 win over Empoli on Sunday evening, playing alongside Kolo Muani who had already netted twice himself.
And TBR has been told by sources with knowledge of the situation that up to four Premier League clubs have made recent enquiries for the striker.
Arsenal and Man United ask about Dusan Vlahovic’s situation
Of course, both Arsenal and Man United have their own striker issues right now – Mikel Arteta has no back up for Kai Havertz, and Ruben Amorim saw fit to play Kobbie Mainoo as a false nine against Crystal Palace.
Neither Rasmus Hojlund or Joshua Zirkzee are firing for United, a pair that cost the club a significant sum.
And in terms of Arteta’s travails, Arsenal haven’t given up on signing Mathys Tel just yet, a player who has also been linked with a move to Old Trafford
Bayern have sent a clear message to Arsenal over Tel, but it remains to be seen what the north Londoners will do next.
