Arsenal and Liverpool have been told they could potentially sign midfielder who impressed Kylian Mbappe for just £50m

Simons rejected Arsenal and Liverpool last summer as he went on an initial loan move to RB Leipzig, which was ma🧸de permanent in January.

RB Leipzig are willing to let the former Paris Saint-Germain midfielder leave but their asking price is currently set at £5💫0 million.

TBR Football understands that a next move involving Simons, who Manchester City admired in the past is being worked upon by his repreဣsentatives and intermediaries.

Ronaldo Koeman described Simons as a “🍌great p💮layer” and both Chelsea as w⛎ell as his former club Barcelona are aware of that being🐟 the case as well.

However, both Chelsea and Barcelona are unlikely to pursue a move for the La Masia graduate as they have more essential priorities to address in🐼 the transfer maಌrket.
