Antonio Rudiger delivers rave review of Willian as Arsenal move reportedly edges closer

Arsenal app💃ear🌠 to be firmly in the driving seat to sign Willian.

The winger recently rᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚejected another contract extension from Chelsea, and looks nailed on to bring his seven-year spell at the club to an end.

The ♛Brazilian’s next clu🍸b is looking more and more likely to be the Gunners, to be days away from confirming a deal.

Talk has been plentiful from Arsenal fans on social media about Willian, with some thinking he’s a no-braine♑r and some concerned he may be past his best.

Fans of English football will think they have a good idea about Willian, but not m♏any know him as well as Antonio Rudiger, who has delivered a glowing report of the player.

He said (): “He is a great guy and a really, really good footballer. He is calm and humbl🌳e and it will be sad if I don’t see him again as a team-mate. He is not the type of player who talks that much.

“He does his thing on the pitch, just like Eden Hazard. By playing, he shows what he is about. He is a guy who dictꦺates the game and not many players in the world have this type of quality.

“He is always training [hard] and practicing free-𝐆kicks after. He is someone who always wants to improve.”

TBR’s View – Willian a no-brainer for Arsenal

But really, Willia🐬n should be viewed as a good addi🎐tion for Arsenal.

There 🔯seems to be a misconc𝕴eption that the South American is now too old to play at the top level, when actually his fitness levels are very good.

He probably wouldn’t be starting regularly fo𒐪r Arsenal, but to have someone of his ilk around the place, and for no transfer fee, is surely solid business.
