Ange Postecoglou says Heung Min-Son plays best off the left

Ange Postecoglou, speaking ahead of Monday’s clash against Leicester City, ha🐓s revealed he’s going to play Heung Min-Son off the left.

“A lꦆot of that was that Richy when he pla💎yed was outstanding, but he had a lot of injuries last year, so then we had to play Sonny inside,” the Spurs boss said, via .

“You know, it was Brennan’s first year at the club, he’s only 22 ꦛand his first year at a big club, but I still thought he di𝓰d well.

“We had to sign Timo, we lost Perisic and Solomon first or second round.🎀 So, we💎 were down two wingers.

“I really felt it was the area we needed to bulk up in the off-season and just going into the season with Dom and Richy there, two real good pr✨🐽esences in the striking position.

“I🔯t doesn’t mean Sonny can’t play through the middle during the year, but I think we look a much better team when he’s out wide on the left. That’s the exciting bit that we were looking for improvement. We needed to improve in the front third and we have with bringing Dom in.”

Heung-Min Son now has less pressure

Now that Solanke has joined, Son has much less pressure to be the goalsco🌼rer and can focus on playmaking off the left.

Since Harry✅ Kane’s departure, Spurs have heavily relied on the South Korean’s output, which in turn ജhas placed too much weight on his shoulders.

So, we could see a much better Son this season.
