Ange Postecoglou calls up ‘outstanding’ 16-year-old to Tottenham first-team training ahead of Brentford clash
Tottenham Hotspur teenager Mikey Moore has been spotted in first-team training ahead of tonight’s clash against Brentford.
Ange Postecoglou will be aiming to get back to winning ways after crashing out of the FA Cup with a 1-0 defeat to Manchester City last Friday.
The Aussie has been boosted by the return of James Maddison as the midfielder got 17 minutes under his belt against City.
Tottenham remain slightly short of options up front, with Heung-Min Son at the Asian Cup and Manor Solomon sidelined.
And Postecoglou has seemingly been taking a closer look at talented winger Mikey Moore in first-team training this week.

Moore called up to Tottenham first-team training pre-Brentford
The 16-year-old winger was spotted in first-team training on Monday in a picture posted on .
Moore has starred for the Under-18s this season and looks set to have a big future ahead of him at Spurs.
The ‘outstanding‘ youngster has netted nine goals and provided six assists in just 10 appearances for Tottenham’s academy side.
He’s also impressed at international level, bagging six goals in eight games for England’s Under-17s after making his debut back in September.
Moore signed a new contract with Spurs back in June last year amid claims he was receiving interest from ‘many top European clubs’.

Spurs look to have missed out on the signing of Antonio Nusa this month, with the left-winger opting for a move to Brentford.
Nusa’s move to west London is in doubt but it feels unlikely that Spurs will revisit that for the time being.
And some would argue they should be looking closer to home when it comes to finding the next star.
Moore plays the same position as Nusa as he operates off the left-hand side, as well as upfront.
It would be refreshing to see Spurs place their faith in the likes of Moore, especially as a deal for Nusa seems to be off the table for the time being.
Given the necessary opportunities, Moore could become a real star at Spurs and he’s impressed at every level he’s played at so far.
