Yves Bissouma reacts with five words after Archie Gray joins Tottenham from Leeds United
It proved to be a busy day for Tottenham Hotspur in the transfer market on Tuesday.
Spurs officially announced the signing of Archie Gray from Leeds United, with Joe Rodon heading the other way to Elland Road.
Gray has penned a six-year deal with Tottenham while Rodon has extended his stay at Leeds on a permanent basis after a successful loan spell in Yorkshire last term.
Yves Bissouma is set to face added competition for a place in Ange Postecoglou’s side after the arrival of Gray, with the youngster viewed primarily as a midfielder by Spurs.
But Bissouma has welcomed Gray to Tottenham after the starlet took to social media following his switch to north London yesterday.

Bissouma sends message to Gray
Gray took to on Tuesday and expressed his delight at sealing a huge move to Tottenham.
The youngster wrote: “So grateful to be at this massive club, I am so excited for this opportunity and can’t wait to get started and give my all for Tottenham and play in front of you fans, see you all soon. COYS.”
Bissouma left a comment beneath the post as he congratulated Gray on the move.
“Welcome to the family crackito [little baller],” the Mali international wrote.

Bissouma will have a point to prove next season
With more incomings expected at Spurs, Bissouma will face a fight to keep his place in Postecoglou’s side.
The 27-year-old enjoyed a blistering start to the last season but his form dipped off significantly following a sending-off at Luton Town in October.
Another suspension and his involvement in AFCON 2024 led to a disrupted campaign for the midfielder.
While Gray is still very much in the early stages of his career, his performances at Leeds last term would suggest he will be a part of Postecoglou’s first-team squad.
The Aussie is also reportedly keen to bolster his midfield further and that will only lead to more competition for places in the middle of the park.
