TBR View:

Ferguson may not be a bad shout as next Everton manager – he’s incredibly passionate about the club and did a decent job in caretaker charge.

That said, Evertonians would probably have to give him time to find his feet as a permanent manager on a long-term basis.

Ancelotti is a highly experienced manager who knew exactly what to do at the top level, while Ferguson will need a bit more time.

That said, everyone has to start somewhere, and this could be a good chance for Ferguson to get his managerial career properly under way.
