‘Wow’…Tim Howard amazed by ‘special’ £25m Tottenham player with so much talent
Tim Howard believes that Dejan Kulusevski is proving why he is a special player with his form for Tottenham Hotspur so far this season.
Dejan Kulusevski is definitely one of the Spurs players who has really stepped up while Ange Postecoglou💫’s side have been dealing with their recent injury problems.
The Sweden international has been absolutely electric in recent weeks. He scored and provided an assist in the draw with Manchester City at the start of the month. And Kulusevski repeated the trick, proving to be magnificent against Nottingham Forest on Fr⛎i🌠day.
Tim Howard says Tottenham have a special player in Dejan Kulusevski
The 23-year-old went a little under the radar in the early stages of the campaign due to the form of James Maddison and Heung-min Son. But he has been 𝓡superb more recently.

And Tim Howard h♑as told podcast that Tottenham fans are now seeing the best of the winger once again after a difficult season last year.
“I think the under-appreciated part comes, when he first came on loan, he was lights out, wasn’t he. He was fantastic. Yo🐼u were thinking, ‘wow, this guy’s direct, he’s sharp, he comes inside on his left foo𝓀t’. Came a little bit off the boil last year I think. And that’s why when you start to see the best of him, you think, wow he’s a special, special left-footed player. He’s got a lot of talent, a lot to give,” he said.
Winger may not be going under the radar for much longer
Kulusevski has now been directly involved in 30 goals in 75 appearances for Spurs. That is an outstanding return when you consider how difficult last season🦂 was for everyone involved with the club.
And it is frighteni🐈ng to think about what Tottenham could be capable of once Maddison returns.
Richarlison s🌺eems to be finding his feet at Spurs ꧙now. With that, you could have the Brazi꧃lian playing behind a three of Son, Maddison and Kulusevski.
Certainly, Tottenham spending to ꦰmake Kulusevski’s move permanent is looking like a masterstroke right now. And it is probably fair to say that that deal is not getting enough credit when you think about some of the fees being spent by some clubs.
Kulusevski may have been underrated in the past. But it is hard to imagine anyone not giving him the plaudits he deserves if his cur💫rent run of form continues.
