‘World class’ Manchester United player could still leave the club in the next few days
Despite the transfer window now being closed in England, one Manchester United player could still leave the club in the coming days.
Erik ten Hag’s side have enjoyed something of an upturn in form recently, having won three games on the bounce, going five unbeaten in all competitions.
Consistency has been a real issue at Old Trafford during ten Hag’s tenure, both on and off the field.
But it now feels as if United do have a young core emerging, ready to be helped by some senior talents.
To that end, Lisando Martinez’s most recent injury set-back is a huge blow, a vital player to the club’s plans.
United have suffered without the Argentinian, and instantly improved upon his return.
That being said, it seems the club could be willing to lose another experienced head before the end of Friday.
According to , Man United midfielder Christian Eriksen could still leave before the Turkish transfer deadline, with Galatasaray interested in a deal.
And whilst Eriksen was expected to leave in the summer anyway, a move may come earlier.

According to the report, Galatasaray have now contacted United over the possibility of taking Eriksen on loan for the rest of the campaign.
The Dane hasn’t started either of United’s last two league games, with ten Hag most recently preferring a midfield duo of Kobbie Mainoo and Casemiro.
It’s unclear whether United would be willing to progress with a deal, but fans should find out either way soon enough.
It would be a slight risk to let a ‘world class’ player like Eriksen leave, even if the club do have credible alternatives.
Both Sofyan Amrabat and Scott McTominay sat alongside Eriksen on the bench during the 3-0 win over West Ham United.
And that therefore would explain Man United’s decision, if they were to let Eriken leave in the coming days.
It must be remembered that the club no longer have to schedule European games this campaign at least, putting a much smaller demand on the squad.
