Wolves fans react as new report states Leeds want to break transfer record to raid Molineux for Euro 2020 star
Leeds United are reportedly willing to smash their current transfer record to sign Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Adama Traore this summer. The Spain international is currently with his country’s Euro 2020 squad. Leeds might have to wait to get Traore – but Wolves fans have reacted on Twitter.
Traore, 25, has long been linked with a move to Leeds – ever since the Whites regained a place in the Premier League. Indeed, the ex-Barcelona ace worked under current Leeds sporting director Victor Orta at Middlesbrough. Now, it appears Orta is looking to strike a reunion.
The five-time Spain international has struggled over the past season. Just three goals and three assists in 41 games saw him drop in and out of the starting XI under Nuno Espirito Santo. But Leeds remain interested according to the latest reports, and are willing to spend £40million.
What are Wolves fans saying about Leeds wanting Traore?

That is, . They say that Leeds are ready to blow away the transfer record that saw them pay £27million for Rodrigo just 12 months ago. Whether Traore is keen on a move to Leeds remains to be seen but it must be said, that Leeds finished four places above Wolves in ninth.
Wolves fans took to Twitter to discuss the reports that Leeds are looking to raid the Midlands club for their winger. It was largely a mixed reaction. Some think it would be good money for a player that has not reached his potential, while others think he is worth far more than £40million.
