Wilshere’s time should be up if West Ham land Pablo Fornals
According to , West Ham United are lining up a £24 million move for Villarreal midfielder Pablo Fornals.
The 23-year-old play-maker has just enjoyed a fine campaign in La Liga as a regular starter for Javier Calleja’s side.
Fornals’ fine domestic form earned him a return to the senior Spanish international fold. He earned his second cap in November, having made his international debut back in 2016.
However, Fornals would have to improve his end product if he were to flourish at West Ham. The No. 8 managed just two league goals and three assists last time out.

Fornals would be a smart signing for the Hammers. However, his arrival would likely be a severe blow to Jack Wilshere’s hopes of reigniting his career at the London Stadium.
The 27-year-old’s career has continued to be ravaged by injuries since his 2018 switch to West Ham.
Hammers boss Manuel Pellegrini now appears ready to add to his midfield ranks. Even if Wilshere could regain his fitness, he faces an uphill battle regaining a starting spot ahead of the likes of Fornals, Mark Noble, Pedro Obiang and Manuel Lanzini.
If Wilshere is to stand any chance of getting his career back on track then he should be prepared to leave the West Ham behind.
