Tottenham to announce Yang Min-hyuk on pre-season tour of Asia

BBC sport journalist Nizaar Kinsella took to X on Wednesday afternoon and revealed that Tottenham plan to announce the signing of Yang Min-hyuk on their pre-season tour of Asia.

The Lilywhites have already jetted off to Asia and face J League champions Vissell Kobe in Tokyo on July 27.

So with that said, the promising youngster could be unveiled as early as Saturday, though, it remains to be seen if he’ll feature in the fixture.

Tottenham plan to loan Yang Min-hyuk

Tottenham are planning to send Min-hyuk back to Gangwon on loan until January, according to transfer specialist .

The 2006-born will continue his development in South Korea for the remainder of the year and will then be assessed at Hotspur Way mid-season.

Indeed, if he excels and continues to tear up K League 1, there’s a good chance he could join up with Postecoglou’s first team to finish the campaign.

Min-hyuk can operate off both flanks, so he’d provide great depth in Spurs attacking ranks.

In other news, Tottenham will bid for £50m striker if Richarlison moves to Saudi Arabia and he is ready to leave.
