What West Ham United sources strongly believe about Jhon Duran as £57m bid now rejected by Aston Villa

TBR Football have now been told what West Ham strongly believe about Jhon Duran – after Aston Villa rejected a new £57m bid from the Irons.

West Ham have alreℱady seen a £40m bid for Dur𓄧an rejected by Aston Villa this month as the east Londoners despe🔥rately search for a new strik♏er – following serious injuries to Michail Antonio and Niclas Fullkrug.

Now – however – the Hammers have returned with a new £57m bid for the Colombia international, which, again, has not been deemed satisfactory by Aston Villa.

West Ham failed to muster up even one shot on target during the 2-0 defeat against Crystal Palace on Saturday, a result which leaves them 14th in the Premier League, so at least one attacking reinforcement is badly needed for Graham Potter.

Now, sources close to West Ham have provided TBR Football with an update on Jhon Duran.

West Ham strongly believe Jhon Duran wants to join them

Graeme Bailey – Chief Correspondent at TBR Football – has now been told that West Ham are convinced the ꦜColombian wants a move to the London Stadium this mon🥂th.

Duran is desperate for consistent playing time in the starting XI – something the South American is currently not getting under Unai Emery with Ollie Watkins also at Villa Par♉k.

PSG are also keen to sign the Aston Villa No.9 – who signed a new contract running until 2030 as recently as Ocꦇtober – although he is unconvinced about the prospect of receiving regular football in Paris.

Duran has only made four Premier League starts this season out of a p⛦os🔯sible 22.

How Aston Villa feel about Jhon Duran situation

TBR Football also understand Aston Villa have no intention whatsoever of losing Duran this month, and despite valuing the 21-year-old around £75m, it is believed the Villans feel there is not enough time to find a suitable replacement this winter, with the February 3rd transfer deadline only two weeks aw♔ay.

While the Medellin-born striker himself is eager to becꦺome a talismanic figure for another club, it sounds as if Aston Villa will definitely not be entertaining a sale during t♛he middle of the season.

In regards to incomings at Villa Park, sources have also informed TBR Football that Aston Villa are in advanced talks to sigꦰ൲n Loic Bade from Sevilla – and the Frenchman is expected to replace Diego Carlos once the Brazil🍸ia✅n leaves for Fenerbahce.
