What Richarlison did after seeing Cristian Romero score for Tottenham on Saturday
Richarlison’s reaction to Cristian Romero’s winner for Tottenham Hotspur on the weekend has now garnered some attention.
Ange Postecoglou will have been very relieved to see Romero put Spurs ahead on Saturday, in a game they did deserve to win.

However, for long periods it seemed as if some of February’s disappointment may carry through to this month.
Eberechi Eze’s strike, a player who is often linked with Tottenham, looked as if it may damage Spurs’ top four hopes until the late turnaround.
But courtesy of Brennan Johnson’s impact from the bench, and the mercurial qualities of James Maddison, the goals eventually arrived.
And it was clear to see just how much everyone of a Tottenham persuasion enjoyed seeing Romero grab the goal to make the difference.
Romero delivered an incredibly passionate celebration in front of the south stand, one that befitted the relief attached to the goal.
And as pointed out by , Richarlison’s reaction to the goal certainly didn’t go unnoticed.
Richarlison immediately ran up the touchline to celebrate with Romero and proceeded to leap on his Tottenham teammate.
Richarlison and Cristian Romero have definitely buried the hatchet at Tottenham
Of course, these celebrations are particularly pertinent given the frosty relationship that used to exist between the Spurs duo.
Richarlison and Romero were akin to arch rivals before they became teammates at Tottenham, and it’s safe to say that their first meeting at the club was slightly awkward.

However, fast forward to now and the duo appear to be incredibly close friends, one hundred percent pulling in the same direction.
And it certainly wouldn’t be a surprise if Ange Postecoglou’s feel good era has helped their partnership grow even more, two players who should prove to be stalwarts of the next few years.
Of course, Spurs fans will just be willing Richarlison to return from injury as soon as possible right now.
The Brazilian was missed on Saturday, even if Timo Werner tried to take more responsibility in his performance.
But Richarlison does bring a certain level of intensity to his game, and unpredictability that often serves Tottenham well.
All that being said, one Spurs player also proved he can still be a key player for Postecoglou on Saturday.
