What Manchester United insiders are now saying about Marcus Rashford amid sale rumours
- EXCLUSIVE with Graeme Bailey
Marcus Rashford has already experienced an eventful start to life under Ruben Amorim.
The England international netted three goals in the Portuguese tactician’s first two Premier League games in charge, scoring in the 1-1 draw at Ipswich before bagging twice in the 4-0 win over Everton.
However, the man from Lisbon then dropped the Manchester United No.10 for the recent 2-0 defeat at Arsenal, and again left him out of the starting XI for the 3-2 defeat against Nottingham Forest.
Rashford seemed frustrated by these developments, as he could be seen heading straight for the tunnel while his Manchester United teammates and Ruben Amorim applauded away fans inside the Emirates Stadium.
Now – amid rumours the Red Devils are open to selling Marcus Rashford in 2025 – TBR Football have received some information from Old Trafford insiders.
Ruben Amorim happy with Marcus Rashford – Manchester United yet to make decision
Sources have now informed TBR Football that no decision has been taken on the 27-year-old striker at this moment in time.
It is understood Amorim likes Rashford, and the £300,000-a-week forward is keen to impress under the new manager after an underwhelming 2023/24 campaign, in which he scored just eight goals in 43 appearances.
TBR Football are aware that nobody at Manchester United has discussed selling the man from Wythenshawe in the January transfer window – while the attacker’s representatives are also yet to signal their client wants out.

PSG are understood to be long-term admirers of Rashford, but the French giants have not checked up on his situation in recent months.
Sources add that Manchester United will assess the entire squad at the end of the season, but almost every player has a price and the club would be open to serious offers, with the only exceptions to that being starlets Kobbie Mainoo, Amad Diallo and Alejandro Garnacho.
How long Marcus Rashford has remaining on his Manchester United contract
Manchester United have plenty of time to make a decision on Rashford – who Owen Hargreaves backs to shine under Amorim.

The Red Devils academy graduate is tied to Manchester United until the summer of 2028 – so even waiting until the end of the season to make a decision is unlikely to dent his value by much.
