Liverpool weren’t all that active in the summer transfer window, but they could be set to make a blockbuster signing in January.

Carragher isn’t the only Liverpool legend to have sounded his appreciation for Kvaratskhelia in the past either.

Jurgen Klopp is also a fan of the player, and he spoke highly of theꦡ attacker when Liverpool faced Napoli in the Champions League a few years ago.

Jurgen Klopp’s praise for Kvaratskhelia

Klopp spoke incredibly highly of Kvara🔯tskhelia in his press conference after a game against N🌳apoli.

The Ger🐼man claimed that the winger is a cheeky player who makes things really difficult for his opponent, praising Trent Alexander-Arnold for his performance in this match.

“He has speed, he is cheeky, he goes inside, he can go outside, that makes it always really๊ difficult,” Klopp said.

“A good player and I thought Trent playe🧔d a really good game against him, he was really on fire, he was really in, didn’t get frustrated by one or two situations where he was second-best, stayed in the game and I liked Trent’s game tonight.”

Klopp was seemingly a fan of Kvaratskhelia during his time🌟 as Liverpool manager, and it’s not hard to understand why.

Indeed, just weeks before Klopp made these comments, in the first fixture bཧetween Napoli and Liverpool, Kvaratskhelia torඣe the Reds to shreds.

Liverpool lost 4-1 to Napoli in their away game, and Kvaratskhelia ran the show for th💛e Italian outfit.

The Georgian’s stat♏s from that game were simply incredible.

Kvarat🌼skhelia has already shown Liverpool what he is capable of, and while his form may have dipped slightly since that incredible 2022/23 season, the winger is still an electric player who would bring an exciting new dynamic to this Liv😼erpool side.

Jurgen Klopp may no longer be the manager of Liverpool, but this would potentially be a deal that☂ th😼e former Liverpool manager would approve of.
