Lucas Bergvall signed for Tottenham in January, and it’s fair to say there’s a fair share of excitement around this young man.
The Swedish midfielder has joined up with his teammates for pre-season, and it’s fair to say he’s impressing already.
Mikey Moore applauded Bergvall after his Tottenham debut earlier this month, and, by the sounds of things, the midfielder is also impressing behind-the-scenes.
Speaking on the , Dean Jones has been discussing Bergvall and how he is viewed within Tottenham.
According to the journalist, Bergvall has really made an impression at Spuers, claiming that everyone within the club believes he is going to be a future star, stating that everyone is impressed by his technical ability.

Everyone at Tottenham is impressed by Lucas Bergvall
According to Jones, people within Spurs are very impressed by the young midfielder.
“Bergvall, they think he’s going to be great, it’s as simple as that. They think this player will be a star of the future to be honest. I don’t know how soon they think that will happen in the Premier League. This is what I’m hearing, everyone is so impressed by his technical abilities,” Jones said.
What Ange Postecoglou has said about Lucas Bergvall
Staff at Tottenham are all impressed by Bergvall, and Ange Postecoglou has gone on the record to praise the youngster too.
“He’s been champing at the bit to get over here. He’s come in and looked really good in training,” Postecoglou said earlier this month.
“I’m pleased to have him as part of the group. We knew that he would have a great deal to offer, he’s a great young player, but he also has a real good appetite for work and wanting to improve.”
Spurs have a great history of bringing young players through such as Harry Kane and Dele Alli, and Bergvall could be the next young star to really make a name for himself at Tottenham.
