What Arsenal fans were heard loudly chanting at Harry Kane as he did interview at full-time

Harry Kane might not have expected to be playing football in London quite so quickly again, but he was on the score sheet as Bayern drew with Arsenal – continuing his super record against The Gunners.

The England captain came into the game with a stunning 14 goals in 19 games – and three assists – for Spurs against Arsenal. He continued that form last night against Arsenal, albeit from the penalty spot.

It comes after Bukayo Saka had opened the scoring for Arsenal, only for Serge Gnabry to equalise against his old side after lovely play from Leon Goretzka. Kane then but Bayern 2-1 up, his 15th goal vs Arsenal.

But the goal of the night came from substitute Leandro Trossard, who is set up by another sub in Gabriel Jesus. The Brazilian’s incredible feet and quick thinking sett the Belgian up to sweep the ball home.

Kane was given a raucous reception by Arsenal fans – as was Eric Dier, as soon as the duo got off the Bayern bus. The England skipper was on interview duty after the draw, with plenty to analyse and unpack.

Some Arsenal fans chanted at Kane: “He’s top of the league, he’s top of the league, Granit Xhaka he’s top of the league and then it’s happened again, it’s happened again, Harry Kane, it’s happened again.”

, saying the Arsenal fans were noisy: “We have these ear covers in, he doesn’t. I took one out for a minute and was like wow that really is loud.”

What the pundits are saying about Harry Kane’s possible red card

Early in the second half, Kane was shown a yellow card for an elbow on Gabriel. Ally McCoist gave his instant reaction during commentary – saying he felt a yellow sufficed. Plenty have disagreed with that.

Keith Hackett spoke to after the match and he says Kane knew what he was doing, and it was a red card. for the elbow.

Kane was lucky not to receive a red card. But, he would argue it was accidental and a natural movement as he tried to control under the pressure of Gabriel. One of many controversial moments last night.
