‘What a player that boy is:’ some Crystal Palace fans rave about Aaron Wan-Bissaka’s defensive performance
On Sunday afternoon, Crystal Palace drew high-flying Arsenal 2-2, denying the Gunners a 12th straight win in all competitions.
Palace’s 20-year-old fullback Aaron Wan-Bissaka played a massive role in securing the impressive result, constantly keeping Arsenal’s attackers in check all match.
The Eagles faithful hailed the performance of the Englishman after the match, as the youngster continues to turn in displays that warrant the attention of Gareth Southgate and indicate Crystal Palace have one of the brightest defenders in the country on their books.
Supporters were keen to recognise Wan-Bissaka’s superb one-on-one contributions, as the 20-year-old can match up to any winger in an individual battle and come out on top.
