West Ham should consider paying asking price for Jose Sa
West Ham United have recently been linked with a move for Olympiakos goalkeeper Jose Sa. It in Greece that the Hammers are keen on the player, but would need to pay £13 million to make a deal happen.
It comes amid West Ham’s current struggles between the posts. Lukasz Fabianski is out with a hip injury whilst his replacement, Roberto, has struggled to find any sort of form since stepping in.

So it appears Sa has been lined up as a potential replacement and serious competition to Fabianski.
Yesterday, Olympiakos took on Tottenham in the Champions League, losing 4-2 after taking a 2-0 lead. Based on his performance, West Ham might want to consider paying up.
Whilst he may have conceded four goals there was little he could do about any of them. Alli and Kane fired in from close range whilst Serge Aurier hit a bullet at the back-post for 3-2. Kane’s header for the fourth goal was equally unstoppable.
He made a number of decent stops in the game and also looked very comfortable dealing with crosses into the box, something Roberto has struggled with immensely at West Ham.
Whilst £13 million might seem a little steep, it would be a decent deal for a goalkeeper clearly capable of helping West Ham in their current crisis.
