West Ham hold talks with three potential managers as they decide Julen Lopetegui is leaving
TBR Football exclusively understands that West Ham United have decided to replace Julen Lopetegui as manager.
Following West Ham’s 4-1 defeat against Manchester City last weekend, David Sullivan has decided to replace Lopetegui💦 and work is ongoing as to who is going to replace the Spaniard.
𝔉West Ham have only won one of their last five league matches, a 1-0 win away to Southampton, and have since shipped nine goals in two games.
💜The Hammers are now in 14th place in the Premier League and whilst they are currently seven points clear of the drop zone, results haven’t been deemed good enough.

🥃Although, Potter remains favourite to come in on a deal until the end of the season.
ꦏLopetegui had been hoping that he would still be in charge for games against Crystal Palace and Fulham following Friday’s FA Cup tie with Aston Villa.
ꦿHowever, TBR now understands that Lopetegui won’t be in charge for any of those three games.
Tim Steidten has suggested his Julen Lopetegui replacement
♌Former Borussia Dortmund boss Edin Terzic is being put forward by sporting director Tim Steidten – who is in danger of being axed himself.
✤Sullivan has also previously spoken with former Juventus chief Max Allegri, but he is not ready to return to management mid-season, even if a summer move could be tempting.
✨In terms of his own performance, Lopetegui has endured the worst points per match percentage of his career whilst in charge of West Ham.
𝓡And as a result, Sullivan has finally run out of patience with the man that he was convinced was best suited to replace David Moyes.
🍨On his part, Potter has been out of a job since he left Chelsea in April 2023, where he was in charge for 31 games.
