West Ham fans reply to Liverpool star’s Tweet, as image shows him wearing Hammers jacket
Liverpool star Rhian Brewster has posted a picture of himself as a child and Reds legend Steven Gerrard on Twitter, which sees the young Liverpool forward wearing a West Ham jacket – and Hammers fans have reacted on Twitter.
Still only 19 years of age, Brewster is yet to make his first-team debut for Liverpool, though he sat on the bench during the Champions League semi-final and final last season. He was also on the bench for the Super Cup earlier this month.
Signed from Chelsea in 2015 at just 15 years of age, England youth international Brewster is expected to be the next best striker coming through the Liverpool ranks. He has already scored nine goals, and laid on nine assists in 23 reserve outings.
Brewster posted a picture of himself alongside Liverpool legend Gerrard on Wednesday, which sees the then-Liverpool captain posing alongside Brewster, who is proudly wearing a West Ham jacket after growing up in east London.
Looking through some old pics today… 😅🐐

Brewster was born in Chadwell Heath and it seems as though he was a Hammers fan before joining Chelsea and then Liverpool four years ago. It has seen West Ham fans reply to his Tweet in their masses.
Indeed, Hammers fans reacted to the picture of Brewster with the Hammers badge on his chest, by urging the striker to return to east London and pull on the claret and blue strip once again.
