West Ham fans react to Lukasz Fabianski display against Huddersfield Town
West Ham United battled to a 1-1 draw with Huddersfield Town yesterday. A goal from Felipe Anderson helped save them from defeat in Yorkshire in what was a fairly poor display.
Huddersfield came out firing. The Terriers put West Ham under the cosh from the get-go and once again West Ham were left grateful to their goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski. The Polish stopper made several top saves early on to keep Huddersfield at bay.
It was something West Ham fans have got used to this season. in the summer from relegated Swansea City. His performances so far this season have certainly justified the spend.

He has made a number of top saves and put in some brilliant performances as West Ham struggle for consistency this term.
However, despite his saves, Fabianski also found himself criticised. Alex Pritchard’s goal for Huddersfield was hardly a rasping drive from range and fans felt the Polish stopper could have done better.
That said, without Fabianski, it is hard to see West Ham coming away from yesterday’s game with a point.
West Ham will hope they do not have reason to doubt their stopper again this season.
Here is some of the best reaction from twitter…
Welp, I guess Fabianski earned his pay in the first two minutes.

Fantastic save from Fabianski

Anderson seem to growing in confidents which is great news if it continues. Łukasz Fabiański?? in my opinion has been a Top draw signing for a minimal transfers fee.

What a save Fabianski

Fabianski made a couple decent saves but that goal he conceded was pretty poor.

Watching fabianski for Huddersfield’s goal

It’s not been a great game from West Ham so far. Fabianski has kept us in the match

Embarassing opener from West Ham’s perspective. Lose the ball weakly on own half in build-up, easily bypassed with 1-2, then Pritchard score daisycutter on weaker foot from here, through Rice’s legs.
All this to say: Fabianski ?

Fabianski already keeping us in the game after 2 minutes. Why are West Ham such a charity for relegation-threatened teams?
