Bre൩ntford manager Thomas Frank sung the praises of the reported West Ham target back in 2021, when he managed Denmark at Euro 2020.
“Kasper has always been i💫nteresജted in learning new things and developing new ideas,” Frank wrote in .
“When he coached Nordsjaelland in the Daౠnish Superliga, he was one of the first managers to ꦡcreate a team that dominated the ball and pressed high up the pitch.
“As a coach, he is wi🙈lling to change his team’s system within the match. How many managers in the Premier League are willing to do the same? There are not many.
“It is not always the completely right thing to do, of course, but it is about being brave a🎐nd being one step ahead. It is innovative, and that is the way Kasper has always been.
“I believe there are three areas in which a coach needs to score highly: man-management, lead༺ership and th🍬e technical side of the game.
“If you want to be one of the top managers in Europe, you need to score high in each of these areas. Kasper does, and his emo꧃tional intelligence is also extremely high.”
