West Ham considering signing £30m Arsenal star and they could release Danny Ings to help fund it

TBR Football understands West Ham are assessing multiple striker options in the final days of the summer transfer window.

The Hammers have added nine new signings to their squad this summer, including a £27million deal for striker Niclas Fullkrug.

But they still plan on adding more firepower to Julen Lopetegui’s squad with Danny Ings headed for the exit.

TBR Football understands that West Ham have held talks with Danny Ings this month about releasing him.

The 32-year-old is t🔥he highest-earner at the 👍London Stadium with reporting that he earns around £150,000 per week.

Ings has been informed he has no future at the club and West Ham are looking to strike an agreement over a pay-off to get🧜 him off t𝔍heir wage bill.

TBR Football understands that earlier in the summer a deal was agreed with his former club Southampton but Ings turned down the chance to r💦eturn to St Mary’s.

Ings has never really settled in London since his £15milꦏlion move in January 2023. He now has one year remaining on his current deal and the Hammers want him offloaded so they can complete mor♚e signings.

West Ham are assessing their options la𝔍te in the window a൩nd have shown interest in signing a new striker.

They are weighing up moves for England internationals Eddie Nketiah and Tammy Abraham.

West Ham have already submitted a bid for Abraham, who has spent the past three seasons in Itꦺaly with Roma.

With Arsenal willing to sell if their £30million asking price is met, West 🌺Ham are now weighing up a move if they can clear Ings’ hefty wages from their books.
