The 28-year-old has struggled♉ to make an impact at City since his move from Leeds United in the summer of 2022.

The midfielder has made only four substitute appearances in the Premier League🐻 and has played 127 minutes in the UEFA Champions League for the Citizens this season.

West Ham are sixth ♚in the Premier League table now and could challenge for the top four. The Hammers are also playing in the UEFA Europa League, so Phillips would turn out for a very good and ambitious side who are aiming for glory this season.
