‘We can’t wait’: Dejan Kulusevski names the Tottenham player he’s so excited to train with again soon
Dejan Kulusevski says he cannot wait for Harry Kane to return to Tottenham after his World Cup heartbreak with England.
The report Kane will have a week off after his quarter-final exit with England before getting back to training with Spurs for the resumption of the Premier League.
Of course, getting over his missed penalty will not be easy and it is an unprecedented situation where players are pressed straight back into club action after World Cup heartache.
In an interview with Kulusevski and teammate Ryan Sessegnon were asked about Kane and the Swede said he is excited to train with the England captain again.

Sessegnon said: “It will obviously be a very difficult moment for him now. He’ll be hurting.
“But we know the mentality H has, he’ll be ready to go again in the first game back after the break.”
Kulusevski added: “I think he did very good in the whole World Cup, the whole tournament.
“We’re proud of him. We can’t wait for him to come back and play with him and help him score a lot of goals here.”
Kane will need support from his club teammates and the sooner he gets back scoring goals for Spurs, the better for everyone.
But it might take some time to get past that huge disappointment on Saturday night when Kane’s missed penalty could have forced extra-time.
Spurs face Brentford on Boxing Day and with Richarlison returning from the World Cup with an injury, Kane will expect to start that game, along with Kulusevski in attack.
