Valencia now want to sign ‘unbelievable’ Liverpool player after agreeing Mamardashvili deal
Liverpool fans will be hoping for a busy final week of the window this summer after seeing their club fail to make a signing as yet.
Arne Slot has been left with the squad that Jurgen Klopp had last season and after Liverpool’s pursuit of Martin Zubimendi failed, nothing has happened since.
There has been talk of goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili signing from Valencia, but that deal is only going to benefit Liverpool from the 2025 season onwards.

However, speaking of Mamardashvili and his current club, Valencia, it seems the La Liga side now have their eyes on signing one of Liverpool’s current squad themselves.
Valencia among teams keen on signing Liverpool’s Stefan Bajcetic
According to a report from Spanish outlet , Valencia are among a host of clubs who are keen on taking Bajcetic off Liverpool before the deadline.
The young midfielder is wanted by others, with the likes of Real Sociedad, Villarreal and Celta Vigo all getting a mention.

Interestingly, there is also a suggestion that two Premier League clubs want to sign Bajcetic as well. They are, for now, unnamed.
Bajcetic emerged on the scene under Jurgen Klopp and impressed before an injury curtailed his progress.
However, he is now back fit and with Arne Slot in charge, it remains to be seen if he will feature.
Bajcetic would benefit from a loan away from Liverpool
It’s easy to forget that Stefan Bajcetic is still only 19 but here we are.
If he’s not going to be part of the team under Arne Slot and not get many minutes then a loan move this summer would make massive sense.
A move to a club the size of Valencia is a massive bonus as well and he’d go out to La Liga, play regularly, and under pressure as well.
Jurgen Klopp spoke of how Bajcetic had improved physically while recovering from injury and now, the midfielder just needs to put it into game time.
Valencia, then, is a smart option here.
