‘Understand the hype’ – Arsenal target Achraf Hakimi impresses plenty of fans in Dortmund win
Arsenal fans were watching with vested interest yesterday as Achraf Hakimi was on full display as Borussia Dortmund beat Schalke 4-0.
The flying wing-back has been in recent times after impressing in Germany this season.
Hakimi, who is on loan from Real Madrid, has been hugely impressive for Dortmund this season as they have finally put up a big challenge to Bayern Munich at the top of the table.
The Moroccan has not been fancied as yet at the Bernabeu. But with his displays, including his return to action yesterday, he could well be a regular in Madrid next season.
However, yesterday it was all about his performance for Dortmund. And as his team ran riot against Schalke, Hakimi once again showed just why he is so highly thought of around Europe.
