‘Unbelievable’ Tottenham player has just turned down opportunity to leave
Tottenham Hotspur’s summer has largely consisted of player departures in the market with just one permanent signing arriving so far.
Ange Postecoglou‘s side are set to have their first run out on Wednesday night when they travel to Scotland to face Hearts of Midlothian.
Two new faces could be on display at Tynecastle with Lucas Bergvall and Archie Gray set to play in front of the travelling Tottenham fans for the first time.
However, there may be some players in the squad to travel to Edinburgh who could still depart the club over the coming weeks.
And there is one player who is set to be part of that Spurs squad who has just rejected a potential move away from the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Tottenham midfielder rejects summer interest from former manager
Solid work has been done by Daniel Levy this summer to offload several players who were not in the plans of Postecoglou.
The Spurs chairman has had to take a financial loss on some of the players with only Joe Rodon and Troy Parrott seeing money come into the club for their services.
And there could well be another name to depart over the coming weeks but it has been made apparent he would not be willing to take a step down to the Championship.

According to , Oliver Skipp has just turned down the opportunity to join Leeds United this summer.
The Spurs midfielder is said to be keen to remain in the Premier League if he is to move on over the coming weeks.
It is also claimed Spurs are not looking to loan out Skipp this summer but would be willing to sell him if the right offer was to arrive.
As for a reunion with his former Norwich City boss, Daniel Farke, any chance at that now appears to be off the cards.
Oliver Skipp may struggle for opportunities under Ange Postecoglou
Over the course of the 2023/24 campaign, Skipp only managed to rack up five starts in the Premier League under the Australian manager.
Postecoglou did admit he was delighted with the way which Skipp trained having hailed his work ethic as ‘unbelievable‘.
But that did not translate into game time and there could be even less on offer for Skipp this season with Lucas Bergvall and Archie Gray now added to the options.
Spurs may not be done just there with midfield additions as the Lilywhites still have their eye on Chelsea’s Conor Gallagher.
A big decision lies ahead of Skipp over the coming weeks.
