The Liverpool legend has noted that despite spending loads and loads of money on players, Chelsea are lacking a top-quality striker.
The talkSPORT pundit has also said that the former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners do not have enough leaders.
While praising Conor Gallagher as a footballer, the former Tottenham Hotspur prospect has raised doubts about whether he is a leader.

My View: Conor Gallagher could make Tottenham Hotspur better
In my opinion, Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher would be a brilliant signing for Tottenham Hotspur in the January transfer window or the future.
I believe that Gallagher is one of the best young midfielders in the Premier League. You just have to read what Chelsea head coach has about him to know just how highly he is rated.
Gallagher is a very dynamic midfielder who can drive the team forward, hold his own in the middle of the park, impose himself on the game, and be a force to be reckoned with.
Tottenham are playing dynamic and attacking football under head coach Ange Postecoglou, and I think that Gallagher would fit into the former Celtic manager’s system perfectly.
