Daniel Levy’s stance on Heung-min Son amid interest from Saudi Pro League

The 32-year-old winger, whose contract expires next year, has drawn interest from Saudi Pro League clubs, according to .

Spurs triggered the one-year extension in Son’s contract but have not yet offered him a new deal.

TBR Football has previously reported that next year could be Son’s final season amid interest from Saudi.

Saudi Pro League clubs were interested in Son last summer as well but a deal did not materialise.

According to the latest report, several clubs from the Saudi league continue to chase the 32-year-old and are ready to spend big to secure his services.

Saudis are expected to make a big offer after having failed to convince Mohamed Salah to sign this summer and with Cristiano Ronaldo set to leave Al-Nassr.

As per the report, Daniel Levy’s stance on the situation is clear. If a club makes a tempting offer, the club would consider selling him this summer.

Heung-min Son has enjoyed an incredible career at Tottenham

Son joined Tottenham in 2015 for £22million, making him the most expensive Asian player at the time.

He made an instant impact at the club and over the years, Son has established himself as one of the club’s star players, breaking records and consistently delivering.

He formed a formidable partnership with Harry Kane and played a key role in helping Tottenham reach the 2019 Champions League final.

In 2021, he won the Premier League Golden Boot, sharing it with Mohamed Salah after scoring 23 goals.

After Kane left for Bayern Munich, he was appointed the captain by Ange Postecoglou and enjoyed a great first season as captain under the new manager.

He has cemented his Spurs legacy as one of the club’s greatest-ever players, having scored 173 goals and assisting another 101 across all competitions.
