Tottenham’s Mikey Moore sends wordless message to Arsenal youngster who’s really impressed in pre-season
Arsenal’s pre-season tour of the United States has now come to an end with the players having now returned to London.
Meanwhile, Tottenham Hotspur still have another couple of days before they return home from South Korea.
Whilst there have been results across the two north London rivals, one thing which can be shared is the impressive displays from some of their young talents.
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has provided opportunities to academy players in the States with the Gunners not exactly getting off to an electric start in the market.
The same could be said for Ange Postecoglou has offered a lot of minutes to some of his promising prospects during their four pre-season friendlies.
And it seems two of the budding talents in north London, Mikey Moore and Ethan Nwaneri, are showing mutual respect as they make a name for themselves in their respective sides.

Nwaneri came on as a substitute on Wednesday night against Liverpool but enjoyed more game time in the games against Bournemouth and Manchester United.
Nwaneri received big praise for his display in the friendly against Bournemouth with the midfielder slotting in pretty well.
At Spurs, Moore has also been handed a lot of opportunities under Postecoglou and he has certainly shone with three goal contributions in the four friendlies.
Tottenham midfielder Lucas Bergvall has admitted he’s been wowed by Moore’s displays so far this summer.

Getting back to the matter, it seems as if these two budding prospects are both very familiar with each other’s game.
Nwaneri posted a photo reel on Instagram following his return from the United States where he uploaded a number of photos from the trip.
Alongside a message from Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard – who replied with a star emoji – the Spurs talent also issued his thoughts.
Moore responded to the post with a heart emoji, as well as an applause emoji as he showed his respect for the Arsenal prospect.
Mikey Moore and Ethan Nwaneri could be England’s future
Nwaneri is yet to make his debut at international despite having been called up the England U17 squad before.
As for Moore, the Spurs winger has also been impressing on international level with four goals and an assist in the recent U17 Euros for England.
These two could well play a big part in England’s senior side over the coming decade and it seems as if they already share a good connection.
Before hitting the heights with the England squad, it looks like it will only be a matter of time before they are facing off in a North London Derby.
