Tottenham told key transfer target ‘open to leaving’ but it might not be good news for Ange Postecoglou
Despite the return of Cristian Romero to Tottenham Hotspur training, Ange Postecoglou is yet to welcome several key players back in N17.
Partly because of their injury crisis, Tottenham are 15th in the Premier League and Postecoglou is in dire need to improve results at the club.
Daniel Levy is still backing Postecoglou, but hypothetical replacements are now being linked w🅺ith his job.
For example, Tottenham are likely to consider Edin Terzic were Postecoglou sacked in the near future.
Of course, one solution🥀 for Spurs’ issues could come in the transfer♏ market this month, when the club are thought to be targeting a new centre-back.
But in addition t꧃o a defender, Tottenham are also ✨eyeing additions up top.
Tottenham target Lewis Dibling is interested in moving abroad
With that in mind, have now provided an update on Tottenham’s interest in talented Southampton youngster Tyler Dibling.
The 18ജ♑-year-old has been a huge positive in an otherwise disastrous season for Southampton thus far.

And according to the report mentioned, 🌳Dibling 💎is ‘open to leaving’ the club in the near future, seeking the best next step for his career.
The infor♑mation confirms that Tottenham and Manche𒅌ster United are interested, however, Dibling is currently considering leaving England.
‘Well-placed sources’ are saying that Dibling is open to going abroad when he eventually leaves Southampton, per🦹haps weakening Spurs’ hand.
English talentౠs like Jadon Sancho, Jude Bellingham and now Jamie Gittons have all progressed brilliantly in the Bundesliga for example, with RB Leipzig showing particular interest in Diblꦉing himself.
Ange Postecoglou should be targeting a new defender this month
Of course, many supporters in N17 may question the merits of Tottenham ꦬsigning Dibling imminently anyway.
Dibling will cost £55m for interested clubs this month.
And despite the midfielder showing obvious potential to become a regular starter for England one day, Spurs’ priorities should probably be strengthening their squad else🍃where.
Postecoglou has nowhere𒀰 near enough cover or quality across his back line, as evidenced by Archie Gray being needed in defence.
Tottenham rushed Micky van de Ven back too soon andꦅ🧸 Radu Dragusin’s start at the club has been less than ideal as a result.
