Tottenham target Abdoulaye Doucoure could be missing link in midfield
Tottenham are reportedly interested in signing Watford’s midfield powerhouse Abdoulaye Doucoure.
, Spurs are keen on the enforcer following his impressive performances at Vicarage Road of late.
The report details that Liverpool, Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal are all interested in the Watford ace, but Spurs could be willing to move in January for him.
It is understood that he’s valued at around £35million and the North London club view him as a potential replacement for Victor Wanyama in the centre of the park, who has fallen out of favour recently.

Watford signed Doucoure for just £8million () in the January transfer window of 2016 and his valuation has risen quickly since.
The French central midfielder was integral last season for his side and proved he can provide a threat going forward, scoring seven goals and supplying four assists in the league.
He also has a tenacious defensive side to his game that makes him a brilliant option to have in midfield and he’s played every league minute so far this season.
Spurs are perhaps lacking a genuine goalscoring option from midfield and Doucoure would offer something different from the likes of Mousa Dembele or Harry Winks.
