Tottenham seeing the Lucas Moura talent Sir Alex Ferguson wanted in 2012
Tottenham Hotspur put Manchester United to the sword at Old Trafford on Monday night. Mauricio Pochettino’s side came out with a sumptuous performance to bag a 3-0 win over their rivals.
The star player on the night was Lucas Moura. The Brazilian put in a brilliant performance, scoring two goals as Tottenham won a huge three points.
He is finally starting to look like the player that for in 2012, angering Manchester United’s legendary boss Sir Alex Ferguson in the process.

Six years ago, the Scot was trying to get United prepared for his upcoming retirement. So young talent was being targeted in the transfer market. One such player was Lucas Moura. Sir Alex confirmed he was a big fan of the player, but PSG blew United out the water with their offer to Sao Paulo.
