Tottenham now increasingly likely to sign ‘superb’ player today
Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly closing in on their first permanent signing of the summer transfer window.
Ange Postecoglou’s side have already moved to extend Timo Werner’s loan switch toꦐ north Lo🍨ndon for another season.
Despite links to a host of players, Spurs were yet to step up their at🐻tempts to bolster Postecoglou’s squad before today.

That’s according to The Mirror’s David Anderson, wꦡho has shared an update on Gray’s prop🌊osed switch to north London.
The journalist claims that Spurs look ‘increasinꦉgly likely’ to complete the signing of Gray today.

Gray signing would address two key areas for Tottenham
Gr🦄ay racke🍌d up 52 appearances under Daniel Farke last season and was a standout player for Leeds in the Championship.
The ‘superb’ youn🏅gster mainly operated at right-back but is naturally a midfielder. His versatility would lend itself well to Postecoglou’s s🔜tyle of football, meaning he could provide excellent cover for Pedro Porro, as well as in the middle of the park.
Iꦕn his debut season in the first-team, Gr♓ay managed one goal and two assists in 44 Championship appearances.
Gray’s form also kept Djed Spence out of Far🎐ke’s side during the first half of the season before the Spurs loanee returned to north London ahead of schedule.
