Tottenham miss out on Kobel as Borussia Dortmund announce £12.9m transfer
Borussia Dortmund have announced the signing of young goalkeeper Gregor Kobel from Stuttgart for just (£12.9m).
The 23-year-old has joined BVB on a five-year deal from the Bundesliga rival.
