Tottenham look to have got the better January deal with Lucas Moura over Alexis Sanchez
Tottenham Hotspur picked up an impressive 3-0 win against Manchester United in the Premier League last night. Despite United improving on their display in the 3-2 loss to Brighton and Hove Albion, Tottenham came out the victors in a brilliant second-half display. Harry Kane got the ball rolling before a double from Lucas Moura finished United off.
It culminated a man-of-the-match display from the Brazilian star. His first was a well placed right-foot sweep beyond David De Gea. His second was a goal North London rival of old Thierry Henry would have been proud of.
He found himself one-on-one with Chris Smalling before bursting past him with electric pace and smashing home beyond De Gea.

Tottenham fans have waited patiently to see the best of Moura. Signed from PSG in January for , he arrived at Tottenham having barely played for the French side last season. Now, with a full pre-season under his belt, he looks like a great recruit for Spurs.
Compared with another January signing on show last night, Tottenham will be happy with what they got their hands on.
Alexis Sanchez switched rivals Arsenal for Manchester United in January. The deal was a straight swap for Henrikh Mkhitaryan. However, Tottenham probably got the better deal.
At the moment, Tottenham appear to have got a hungrier and more suitable player than Alexis at Old Trafford. Last night it certainly looked like the better deal of the two. Spurs fans will hope that continues.
