Tottenham linked with staggering move for Alexis Sanchez who Jose Mourinho signed at Manchester United
Tottenham Hotspur could reportedly be interested in a move for former Arsenal hero Alexis Sanchez,
The report claims that the Chilean falls into the potentially available market that Tottenham are looking to exploit this summer.
The Manchester United star is currently on loan at Inter Milan, who have no interest in signing him permanently. Meanwhile, United do not want him back and are hopeful of securing a permanent exit.
Tottenham, it seems, may be interested in a loan move for a player who was once a sworn enemy at The Emirates.
It would seem an odd move, purely based on his history with Arsenal. Not only that, but Alexis’ recent struggles and age would not make him a shrewd Daniel Levy like piece of business.

Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho failed to get the best out of Sanchez during his period at Old Trafford.
, Sanchez called Mourinho ‘one of the best coaches in the world’ but also slammed the unhealthy atmosphere the Portuguese created at United., Mourinho stated his belief that Sanchez was ‘not a happy man’ at Old Trafford and suggested that as a reason behind his struggles.
Just this week, amid the Tottenham boss having an alleged bust-up with Tanguy Ndombele, the claims that Mourinho treated Sanchez much the same. They report the Chilean was often ‘shamed’ for his poor performances in training.
But saying all that, Mourinho did still sign the forward for United and, at the timecalled him ‘one of the best attacking players in the world’. Sanchez, meanwhile, hailed the opportunity to work with Mourinho as ‘something I could not turn down’.
So there will clearly still be a residual respect between the pair, even if their time together at Manchester United did not yield successful results.
But it would still be a shock to see the two reunite at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
