Although Tottenham “continue to keep an eye on the situation”, Serie A giants Juventus and AC Milan have already spoken to Kelly’s camp.
The 25-year-old’s contract expires at the end of the season, so he can speak to non-English clubs over a pre-contract agreement.
However, Spurs remain in the picture, and the prospect of staying put is also possible, as dialogue is open over a new contract.

“Tottenham were interested in signing Kelly in the summer and continue to keep an eye on his situation.
“Staying at Bournemouth, however, has not been ruled out with dialogue open over a new contract.”
